Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items including adhesive products and hosiery cannot be returned once opened.

Package and Post
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing and Refund
Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
